Taking away the wins from 13 seasons was a little extreme for an non-cheating offense. The terrible acts had nothing to do with the games played.

Punish those that allowed the wrong, not the students. They had nothing to do with the crimes.

No good way to punish Penn State here, I would have made the fine bigger and the bowl ban shorter. And allowing the players to transfer is fair.

I am not saying that university shouldn't be punished, but you can't punish effort students that had nothing to do with it either

Penn State should have gotten the death penalty. Now, they should get the president of a child abuse program to be the shower monitor.

ball players are all allowed to transfer/no penalties/no redshirting.

The only point is that it is not only penalizing the school, but the ball players, who had nothing to with this, too

I am fairly shocked that 38 % of folks think the penalties are totally unreasonable and 40 % think they are totally reasonable...this, i must say,is quite strange indeed
